Please let me know if anyone finds a metro area group that takes used PCs to recycle or refurbish. We at the Macs4Good project (local group that refurbish older Macs) are asked to take PCs all the time. I would like a place to refer those that offer us PeeCees and equipment that are not Mac compatible.
B.T.W. the Macs4Good project has several 8600/9600 Macs that we would like to give to a non-profit group or low income* individuals/families. If anyone has an organization or family that could use these please let me know.
Bob Titus
Coordinator Mac4Good project
We are pretty flexible on the low income qualification but tends to be those that are unemployed, underemployed or retired.
