[DM-MUG] iPod is having problems

Darcy,

Here is a checklist of things to try:

1) Restart the iPod, on most iPods hold the center button and menu button
for 5-10 seconds

2) Backup your iPod then use iPod Updater to reformat your iPod to factory
defaults.

3) If those don't work the hard drive has gone bad most likely.  -Hope it i=
s
under warranty or iPod AppleCare.  If not the drive still needs to be
replaced.  If 1 or 2 don't fix it feel free to give us a call.
