No. Even though your G4 has dual processors, it only uses one for most
processes. The second processor kicks in (1) if the program you're using
knows how to utilize it, and (2) if the first processor is being taxed near
the limit.

Yes. Apart from sheer size, you'll never even know it's in the room.

The G4s were notoriously noisy neighbors. We used two in Trifecta Recording
Studio, and we had to isolate the towers in closets so we could hear our
work.

The G4s will run Tiger just fine, but they are NOT 64-bit processors. You
will need a G5 processor to utilize 64-bit processing.
