My guess is that you aren't using a recent version of OS X. You could=20
confirm this by opening the Apple Menu and selecting the first item=20
"About this Mac." This should tell you what version you have. If I am=20
correct, you'll have 10.1.x. Printers were poorly, if at all, supported=20=
in 10.1, and the basic interface features (like the clock/date thing)=20
weren't updated until later. 10.3 (Panther) is the most Classic Mac=20
look-alike yet, and I recommend most users to update to it.
