I actually think one of the best reasons to have some time to discuss 
it, and at least get the facts out in the air, is precisely because the 
reactions are ranging from "the sky is falling" to yours. I'm hoping we 
can air some nagging questions and see if there's any ideas as to where 
things are going. If we finish up early we can always chat about 
peoples issues, and continue our Tiger discussions from last month.

By and large I think you are correct here, but there are some people 
besides investors and developers affected by this:

1. People who are ready to buy a new machine. (and those sitting on the 
fence about it).
2. Retailers of Apple hardware (I'd like to get Alan's take on this)
3. IT Staff in Mac based or mixed shops

I fall into the first (and 3rd) sets myself, Bailey was in #1 until 
this weekend :-)
