[DM-MUG] teeny tiny appleworks document

	not sure what i'm doing wrong = I deleted the AWKS 
preferences and quit and it still does it -- every new blank document 
that opens comes in about 2" x 3" - margins are set for document at 
1" each side....I have reset all the preferences...any idea on why 
I'm not getting a full 8.5 x 11 page?  it is set for 100% view too so 
it's not just the view issue
