[DM-MUG] Help getting eMac online

One of my students got an eMac (from her brother who works for Dell),  
and is having some problems. Can anyone help?

Hi Mrs Welch,
    On Friday night..my brother popped in unexpectantly with an eMac  
he got for me. It has Superdrive, 512 MB RAM, and is OS X. We setup  
everything right when we got on...Access #'s, etc. When we tried to  
connect, it said that Authentication Failed. My brother found out  
there was something actually wrong with the actual account (My MSN  
one). We set up a NetZero one, (the email I am on now) and installed  
the program. When we tried to connect from the Mac connections, it  
would dial with the tone, and say Authentication failed again. When  
we tried to connect from the actual NetZero program, it would say,  
"Dialing (our access #)" But no dial tone...and it would never stop  
until I canceled it..Can you help?
