[DM-MUG] Computer use and ergonomics....mouses? [mice?]

I am developing a type of 'tennis elbow' and believe it's linked to
gripping the mouse hard...so far massage therapy has been able to to
work it out but I can't very well do that each day and I want to
catch it before it gets really bad....any thoughts on what to do? My
chair and keyboard are at good height [or lack thereof], I do try to
use L mouse [I reattached it so I could shift on and off], use
keyboard and Wacom tablet but the right arm/hand still gets pretty
painful by end of a hard day [I am getting this mainly working on
photographs - not lawyering so much]

Would a larger mouse or different one be better? Using the index
finger alot is a problem [I have a 2 button scrollwheel wireless
mouse] too.

[I would imagine the graphic artists amongst us have dealt with this]

Thanks for any help!!!
