[DM-MUG] Backup

I have a Fire Wire extra hard drive E/W a 120 Gig drive I salvaged from 
and old PC computer.  I use a program called   Silverkeeper   from 
silverkeeper.com (FREE)  This saves what ever data or programs I need 
to back up.   It is not compressed data so I can just switch over to 
the backup and run it... Nice.
