Sorry to hear about that. It's a decidedly low-key piece of software.
I used an early version but it was too limited. I'd not heard much
about it lately and assumed that it was operating as advertised. I
might have to get more familiar with it. I favor Data Backup by
Prosoftengineering.com and SuperDuper! by shirtpocket.com. Two
different tools for two different tasks.
Did you check to see if your source DVD drive has updated firmware?
