I have a G4 867 DP that boots from the Apple to the Desktop in 12  
seconds already. Of course it's running a fairly clean 10.4.1. My  
"fully-loaded" 1.25 GHz PBook boots in ~35 secs. running 10.4.1  
upgraded from 10.3.1 (my last clean install).
