[DM-MUG] Does anyone here have or know of similar problems???

The guy at the Apple Store Genius Bar sugg. that getting rid of 
Norton Parental Controls may do the trick = I deleted all the Nortons 
stuff since it wasn't helping anything....but are there other 
answers???
