Thank you for your suggestions, and I did check out the links you provided.

Turns out, from a Google search, I found that Entourage has the sync plug-in
built in.  I just had to set up the Zire, install the sync plug-in, hotsync,
and WHOOMP! There it was.

Now Donna is synced to her iBook at home, and next weekend, I'll upgrade the
AIO G3 at school and do the same thing.  Bingo, all three address books and
calendars in sync.
