That would depend on what you want to do. If you merely want to get at 
the data, there are ODBC drivers that can read Access databases. 
However, if you want to use the forms and executable code contained 
within an Access database, you're out of luck. RealBasic might be able 
to import some code, but that wouldn't be a real solution.
