[DM-MUG] Hardware Test Disk for iMac Ge 17" round base...[2004]

I cannot find my Apple Hardware Test Disk for this machine and need 
to run hardware tests on it [display blanking to black and AppleCare 
sugg. I do so] - I asked and the info is not on the web.  Does anyone 
have an extra copy I can borrow?  I don;t want to schlep out the 
machine to Apple unless i need to.  Thanks.
