You can do it yourself by clicking on the link that's at the bottom of 
every email this list sends out. 
http://cialug.org/mailman/listinfo/dmmug scroll to the bottom of the 
page and you'll see:

" To change your subscription (set options like digest and delivery 
modes, get a reminder of your password, or unsubscribe from Dmmug), 
enter your subscription email address"

Follow those instructions.
