I  believe Haddock Computer, which hosted the MUG meeting in January, 
is a Canon dealer.   Don't know if they service them directly, but 
can't hurt to ask them: (515) 225-9040.  I know at least one of their 
staff is on this mailing list so perhaps they'll respond with further 
info for you.
