Ray,

It has been a long time but I think the QuickTake cameras saved their
pictures in jpg format.  You will need to use your 7100 to get the pictures
out of the camera and then network your Mac Mini to it and transfer the
files by Ethernet cable.  The files should import into iPhoto and you will
be able to work with them from there.
