[DM-MUG] Quick question

Sounds more like the mouse drivers.  If you have a control panel for
your mouse in System Preferences, try seeing if the wheel is still
assigned to the "scroll down" function.  My Logitech MX310 seems to
"lose" it's configuration from time to time and going into the control
panel and double-checking the settings seems to fix it.  I'm guessing
the driver doesn't stay resident for some reason and going into the
control panel reactivates it.
