Bill, thanks...I would like to expand a bit in a learning mode, on 
the Take Control series.  I have purchased some but not all of them. 
They are ebooks, pdf books.  They generally cost $8-10 or so and are 
downloadable.  Usually they contain 60-100 pages of material.  I used 
one recently to learn more about backing up, such that I was able to 
write an article for the latest GPSolo magazine [of the American Bar 
Assn.] on the issue using some of my own research and experience and 
some gleaned from the 'book'.   Myself, I wouldn't need the Digital 
Camera topic because I have a few [:) or :( ] but knowing what the 
series is about and the type of info contained in each book 
[including live links to information, articles, manufacturers or 
developers] I thought it worth posting....

you're right of course, putting a good subject in the beginning helps 
immensely...thanks for the nudge
