[DM-MUG] Master PW

I have an old Mac that I want to activate FileVault on, but find that
it has a Master PW, which we seem to have no record of.

Since FileVault is not active, I presume there are no encrypted files
that will be affected.

Can I trash FileVaultMaster.keychain &/or FileVaultMaster.cer to get
around this & set a new Master PW?

Very truly yours,
Michael R. Hoffmann
