btw I have never had this happen and have been carrying CF cards in 
camera and softsided wallet in US and overseas for a few years == I 
also emailed this to photographer friend of mine who never heard of 
happening = I think it was an odd occurrence - but good to know about

Thanks for the warning Matt ref. the adapter....if i get the laptop 
[my leaning is that way - the Epson is about 1/4 the cost of refurb 
12" PB or 14" iBook and yet the latter have more utility in long 
run...not sure yet tho] I'll double check ref. its beign able to 
travel...
