[DM-MUG] Can't get rid of "self-assigned IP address"

Try removing and reseating the Airport card. Didja create a new user
and test? How about AHT (Apple Hardware Test--comes on the boot
discs)? Try booting from a known good drive or Mac in FW Target Mode
(holding T key on startup) and if it's still not working, your
hardware is toast.
