[DM-MUG] Appleworks abruptly quitting? HELP!!!

Okay, I deleted the Appleworks Plist....in ~ 
Library....opened AWKS and a document, I could 
click and delete something but when I went to 
type in something new, the program itself quit.

Would that be a font that is bad?  I don't know 
why -- and no other application, other than AWKS, 
quits btw.
