[DM-MUG] 10.3.9

Hey there muggers,

10.3.9 is out (as many of you know). As part of this, Safari seems to 
have gotten a fairly major update. Many of the 'under-the-hood' 
improvements that are going into Safari 2.0 in Tiger are included in 
this update. It seems much faster and apparently renders some pages 
that used to break the previous version. A few users have been 
reporting some JAVA issues, but all is well on my machine after the 
update for whatever that is worth.

My personal, somewhat over-cautious practice for system updates from 
Apple is...
1) Repair permissions	2) Do the update 	3) Repair permissions again.
Since I started doing this, I have seen a great improvement in the 
number of permissions related issues.
