[DM-MUG] Backup Software info

Each time SD! has failed for me I found that the drive (or bridge--the 
chipset that an external drive plugs into) needed to have the firmware 
updated. I never buy from a vendor that I cannot track for 
software/firmware udpates and support. Two faves: LaCie and OWC.
