[DM-MUG] Apples in the Enterprise

I'm curious how many of us are using Macs at work, make our living with
Macs, and/or are using Enterprise level Macs (XServe, XServe RAID,
Oracle Server, etc.)

I know Bryan and I both are responsible for Mac support and for
maintaining and developing on XServes. Last year I convinced my
director to replace my Windows box with a G5 because I can perform my
DBA duties better with a Mac (Yep, you read that right. Better. The
best tools available for DB work are written in Java, and Apple's
implementation in this arena has been flawless. And my Mac trashes my 3
GHz Dell in speed, especially when working with multiple DB connections
simultaneously.) My role as Webmaster is also ramping up to consume (at
this point) 75% of my daily duties. There's on question that web
development on the Mac is simply better, easier, you name it.

The reason I'm asking is I thought it might be good to start an MitE
SIG and discuss software / hardware people are using professionally
with Macs. What web resources are others using? That kind of thing.

Bryan and I have talked a bit about revamping the website, and I think
having SIG sections, and sub-forums in a discussion forum, would appeal
to several of us. But then, I could be wrong.
