I like to eat local, so a trip to West Des Moines=20
(Ia.) found me seated in front of a nice cut of=20
swordfish at the Seafood Market Restaurant on=20
University Avenue. Somewhere from another booth I=20
hear the words "toilet seat," and I immediately=20
started thinking of those old fruit-colored=20
iBooks--ah, the good old days! Turns out the guy=20
really is talking about toilets, since he's in=20
charge of some type of construction hereabouts.=20
When I tell him a future Apple store is just 4=20
miles away, at the Jordan Creek Town Center, he=20
reveals the store will be precisely 3,004 square=20
feet, and that Apple has put a valuation of=20
$700,000 on the project to create the new store.=20
