Most other ISP's use Qwest to get to your home. There are some cases where
if a person has a qwest dialup account it shows up strangely in the online
ordering system and I have to call in the order, or if you have McLeod for
your local service, it has to be switched back to qwest.
If you want me to run your number in some other systems, mail me off list
and I'll see what I can find.
