[DM-MUG] DSL ISP

I use Qwest Choice DSL (256/256). They sent me a letter a few months 
back informing me of a few dollar increase in my DSL service. The 
letter also stated that free dial-up account was now included with in 
Qwest DSL service. I haven't used it yet but it's a nice bonus. Qwest 
is my DSL ISP.
