Yes, Earthlink has DSL in some areas, but I just ran my phone number 
(WDSM) and Earthlink DSL is still not available here. You can get their 
satellite system, but that's not as fast or reliable and isn't cheap. 
Also, in a large percentage of cases, DSL is still routed over Qwest 
lines and supported by the ISP, which can be good or bad depending upon 
the provider's relationship with Qwest if something goes wrong.

For a dial-up connection, I'm very pleased with Earthlink, in fact, 
though I have a local DSL provider, I still have Earthlink.
