A couple corrections to the business items:

I think I would phrase it that the positions of Secretary and Treasurer 
were separated out of the combined Secretary/Treasurer position.
That they will be filled by those elected to those spots last month 
(Bailey: Secretary and Ray: Treasurer).
There has always been an official webmaster (since we've had bylaws) we 
voted to take it off the exec committee and make it appointed.
