[DM-MUG] Help with mail

Not sure if I follow exactly regarding the "forward emails to a group,"
but if you want to send an e-mail to a single person, put their address
in the "To:" field. If you want to send to more than one, put them all
in the "To:" field separated by a comma. Apple's Mail.app does a pretty
good job of separating people you've already put in your Address Book
so you might not need the comma.
If you feel proactive and add all the addresses of the individuals in
your cycling group as a new Group in your Mac OS X Address Book (click
the plus sign under the Group header to add a new Group, and the plus
sign under the Name field to add new users to that Group) then the name
of the Group will show up in Mac OS X Mail.app. Simply type the name
(or just the first few characters) in the "To:" field and the Group you
created will show up and all the addresses you assigned to that Group
will be recipients of that message.
If you have a lot of users, don't use the "To:" field, use BCC and each
member will only see their own e-mail address and won't have to scroll
a mile to read the actual text of each message.
If you need to have each member blast messages to each other member of
the group, like this forum (a.k.a. list or listserve) you might
investigate online forums and talk with Bryan, he'll know more about
list implementation that will go well beyond a short e-mail.
Enjoy!
