Actually, there is a company that makes and sells an external antenna for
the TiBook. It uses your Airport card. Even so, the base station is a
limiting factor as well. Also, any 802.11g base station should be backward
compatible with you Airport card. Another choice is that Dlink makes an
external USB wireless card, and this will keep your PC Card slot free.
