Did a clean install at 8:30 AM locked up at 5:15 PM after moderate 
use at various times of the day. As the tech on email if there is 
level 2 support. I expect he is in India and has no idea what I am 
talking about. I may try the phone route although I am inclined to 
get the Kensington anyway.
