[DM-MUG] Printer Hell

Hey there Mark,

A couple of quick questions...

Have you tried to stop the print queue and turn the printer off before 
trying to delete the print job?
What kind of printer is it and how is it connected to the computer? 
Mostly I'm asking this to see if there are any driver-specific or 
communication-protocol-specific issues in play here.
I'm assuming that you have done the normal 'first line of defense' 
restart of the computer and the printer.
