[DM-MUG] Printer Hell

I am using OS 10.2 and am having an impossible time deleting a printer job. I 
have a printer that is stuck in a loop and thinks that it is waiting for a 
job to complete. 

I have gone into the Print Center to delete the job and the delete option on 
both the Print Center box and menu are grayed out; not available to me. I 
have tried to restart the computer and had no luck.

Is there anyone out there that either knows how to delete this job via the 
graphic window way or thru a Unix command. Please let me know.
