Looks like you'll be able to surf at rest stops here now.
Although I love Dennis Miller's take on that (in Texas):
"Sure, that's great, give those truckers parked at the rest-stop free  
access to all the porn they want in their sleeper cabs, that'll get 'em  
to rest."
