Re-read. I do a repair permissions every time I install something that
requires a password. I do FSCK as I run email, web and everything else,
along with concurrent logins on the same Mac, staying up 24/7/365. It hasn't
been down for more than a minute in almost a year and a half. Macs aren't
trouble free, but they are a site better than any PC I know about. If you
want perfect, go to the cemetery.
