[DM-MUG] 3 crashes in 3 days

I have to agree with Jim = yes, I've had 3 kernals in 3 days == but 
having owned Apples or Macs since early 1980s -- I have only ONCE had 
it crash so badly that it wiped the drive (that was a PowerPC 6400). 
These kernals are, I bet, related to the new upgrade.  I'm going to 
do some log checking and then wipe and clean and install new OS on 
harddrive

Gives me a chance to do some housecleaning I have needed to do.
