[DM-MUG] Meeting and new officers

Hi everybody.

We had an interesting meeting last night. There was some general 
discussion, which I will get to in a minute but first it was the date 
for the annual election of officers and I want to let you know about 
the new list of officers.

	Bryan Baker, Pres. (and still webmaster)
	John Tompson, Vice Pres.
	Bailey Ford, Sect.  (thanks Bailey for replacing me)
	Ray Bowler, Treas. (if we ever get a bank account and some money)

We owe special thanks to Judy and Bryan for their work in the last 
few years which have kept things interesting and enjoyable.

Back to last night. We discussed future meetings and there was a lot 
if interest in PhotoShop, PhotoShop Elements and working with images 
so that they are like we want them. Another topic would be Shareware 
and what is available and where can we get it. We discussed Apple's 
.Mac accounts and what you can get when you subscribe. An impressive 
array of items.

If you have any ideas about future meeting topics be sure and mention 
them on the list. A couple of posts in the last couple of days had 
some good suggestions.


Bryan mentioned that there are security updates for Jaguar and 
Panther. Go to Software updates in System Preferences and take a look.
