CompUSA usually carries a MacAlly mouse for use with the older 68K/PowerMac
models.  In fact, I believe that they have a model that has a USB cable (for
the newer machines) and an ADB adapter (for the older ones).

Also, there is a place in Marshalltown called Computer Recycling.  I don't
have a phone number or address for them, but they're in the same strip mall
as the Marshalltown Hy-Vee.  They have parts for almost every vintage Mac (I
was even able to find an Ethernet adapter for a PowerMac 6100 -- a tough
find).
