Ask for Randy at Traviss.  Nice guy, and like Bill Reichardt used to say,
"he owns the store".

If you need any warranty or repair work done, Traviss will not forget you.

They have been in Des Moines for over 50 years.  Spend some time in their
store; they have some great "toys".

I asked my wife for a 42" plasma TV.  She said if I like big screens then
all I need to do is sit closer to the TV we have (8 year old Sony 20").
Life is hard.
