Awesome! I've had great service as well. When I bought my first Mac, an
iMac DV SE 400mhz in 2000, I wrote Apple Canada an e-mail letting them
know that their 'first boot' setup stuff was the warmest and most
welcoming thing I had ever seen. I mentioned other things which would
fit in the praise category too. They liked my feedback, told me they
shared it around their office, and then sent me a free t-shirt in
gratitude. :)
Last November, when ordering an iBook 14" 933Mhz, Apple Canada had a
cancelled order for a similar iBook, but with extra RAM. They gave me
THAT iBook instead, and didn't charge me for the extra ram.
I just love these guys! The service is fantastic.
So glad the monitor got fixed. Congrats.
regards,
Darcy
