[DM-MUG] NAVMac800QSFile?

Hi,

Suddenly a file: NAVMac800QSFile showed up on my hard drive at the 
root but it does not show in the Finder nor in terminal. I noticed it 
when I was using CCC to do a clone. The date is 7/23/2004 when the 
iBook was at Apple being repaired. It has no application to open it. 
Stranger is that it has been copied to each of my weekly backups on a 
Firewire drive but not to the one which has no back up of the HD.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
