[DM-MUG] Printer help

Okaaay, going to need more info here.

What brand and model of printer (i.e. Epson Stylus Color 740i). What is 
the symptom? (i.e. flashing lights on front panel, paper jam, prints 
with stripes or no output at all, won't turn on, etc.). Did you power 
cycle the printer? Unplug it for a few minutes and plug it back in?
