I'll put in for the Sony Clie.  You do need some software called the 
Missing Sync, but not only will it bring phone#s and addresses and all 
that, but Missing Sync also lets you transfer MP3s from iTunes or 
pictures from iPhoto over.  If someone is boring you with a few 
pictures in his wallet, bore him back with a few hundred pictures in 
your PDA.
