Yes, there is. It's called Iowa Support Master <http://www.awism.com/> 
from a small firm in Marshalltown IIRC. It looks to be a pretty simple 
VB app. You might also think about approaching them 
mailto:pwilson@mchsi.com with the idea of funding a port of their 
software. Since I'm relatively sure they use VB it might be doable by 
simply getting them set up w/ RealBasic. It might be worth trying 
anyway. I know I'd also be interested in seeing this ported to 
something fully cross platform, as we want to eventually start taking 
ILA linux - not quite as good as Macs, but it means we can use some 
existing hardware.

VPC would work too (as would wine or vmware on Linux)
