Hi All

I think Ed has a point. Better yet! Ed DOES HAVE a point! For all of you 
that remember when technology introduced the calculator. There was a 
brief period where the educational powers-that-be just about made it 
mandatory for each student to have one available during tests. I've seen 
the results of that farce. It's really sad when you come face-to-face 
with someone who don't have the sense to use their fingers and toes for 
simple addition.

Like Ed says, learn the basics first. Then introduce the 
latest-and-greatest technology has to offer. Only then will kids have a 
fighting chance.
