[ciapug] CIAPUG.ORG Domain Name Renewal

I apologize for failure to attend any of the web geeks meetings, but it sounds like stuff that would be interesting to me. I do a lot of JavaScript, but no ruby and very little java. Overall, it sounds like the web geeks group would be more interesting to me than one limited to PHP.

I attended a few very interesting ciapug meetings. Today we're having a planning meeting for DSM Web Geeks www.dsmwebgeeks.com to discuss the plan for 2011. If people want a physical presence that may be a good route for the future. You're welcome to join us for lunch at 11:30 today at El Chisme in Valley Junction if you'd like to help shape the future meetings. The main difference between ciapug and dsmwebgeeks is that web geeks is a bit broader. There are a lot of PHP based things but there's also ruby, java, javascript, design and etc discussions.

In light of the number of years this list and user group has been inactive. I am inclined NOT to let it renew, however, if anyone wants to take over owernship and administration of the domain I'd be happy to transfer it. We would want to complete at least a renew very soon. 

The address will currently auto-renew. On Monday (1/17) I will change it's status to NOT renew, if I have not heard from anyone interested in maintaining it. 

The site resides on the CIALUG server I believe, and the email list is administered separately - I am only speaking about the domain name.
